Gift-Giving Makes the World Go Round n'Round
If it wasn't for the lack of a gift-idea, I would have never made this for friend A's b-day. DD:
A cupcake/cup o'cracker made from a store-bought-DIY-kits I got as a gift (gift-giving makes the world go around~) It really has been a while since I made anything with my own two hands XDDD
One thing: In total, I had to make five crackers... it was annoying D: And who the hell bakes cupcakes and smash crackers in??!! DD:
Current condition: my eyes burn from the intensive essay-rushing-mode I have been in for the past few days. Note to self: Never procrastinate THIS much again. OTL
PS: HBD friend A & sister K!

Japanese Maple
Title: Saraiya Goyou (さらい屋五葉/江戶盜賊團五葉)
Original: Based on the 7+ volumes with the same name by manga artist, Ono Natsume.
Status: 3 episodes is released in Japan and ep.1 is released with Chinese subs as of now.
Summary:
Set in the lovely samurai period of Edo, Masa is an unemployed swordsman who is often fired from his jobs because he looks useless and lenient. After losing his job again, Masa is offered a bodyguard position by a sexy man in a pink yukata (suspicious much?). From there, he becomes involved with this gang called '五葉' (Five Leaves) where sexy man is the leader.
Commentary:
I don't know if I should just take this to be BL or a piece of work with heavy hints of it. Because not even 15 minutes into ep.1, sexy man in the pink yukata (real name: Yaichi) had already confessed to Masa, telling him, he likes him. OTL And 20 minutes in, Masa and Ichi are sharing a room ( and as warned by another member of Five Leaves: "Don't be too loud."<-- what are you guys going to do!! -covers face-) XDDD
Even if you aren't into male-to-male-bonding or Edo-period-samurai-plots (but do let me ask, who the hell are you if you aren't into things like these!!!??) the art style is definitely worth watching for, it is totally gorgeous!!! ;)

I'm girl?
I feel like such a shoujo with all this pink. XD
But I needed a break from the blue~ It felt too bleak when spring is here(or has it already passed!!!?) DD: Anyways, the new layout and fresh color scheme is in a hope to radiate feelings of... first love? XDD
... I fail to relate at this point because I have given my heart and soul to sexy men (with other sexy men) to notice real people.
Realization: My youth has been happily eaten up by men-on-men bliss~ ;)
Conclusion: A change is indeed needed for now!~

Ma-bu-shi-i
Anticipate, anticipate! I am anticipating for things to look up but I refuse to say more, just in case it doesn't come true! I am looking on the bright side and man, is it glaring me blind. -sunglasses!Kuro-
Things aside, let's move on to business: Durarara!! has a new set of OP and ED~ Though personally, I am still more in love with(more like obsessing over) OP1. But, since I am a DRRR!!-whatever fan, behold OP2:
Last thing: DRRR!! Light Novel numero 4 is finally released (in Chinese!) And I can't wait to read it~~ v v

Oh★Ow★Pain
I like it when my hair gets pulled! ★
No, I'm just joking, I can fuss over a minuscule paper cut so I'm 100% NOT M. I'm still a healthy child~ :D Anyways, I just had to say that I got a hair cut~ Though it is hard to tell the difference b/c the style is still the same XD
-does a magical shampoo hair wave-
PS: "★" <-- taken from Izaya-kun Kanra-chan~ ;D

Tumble and Fall
I feel like I am in quite a philosophical moods these days and the trigger is J-doramas nonetheless. OTL||| Or maybe, (just a slim slim chance maybe) that is because I have finally turned 17. But I figure my brain just works under different circumstances than most people. D:
And my conclusion:
There is a world out there, my life is not over.
(???)
I think I need to write some fics to vent anything and everything left in my mind before my head crumbles on itself. DD:
Btw: New drama that I am most definitely looking forward to: Tumbling (タンブリング) <-- click for the surprise of your life time!
Care to join me now?

ROOKIES
Name: Rookies (ルーキーズ)
Status: Complete with a special and movie.
Summary:
Based on a manga with the same name, Rookies is about a new teacher (who accidentally hits a student too hard, causing the poor boy to fall out of a window) who tries to help the school's baseball team (which is composed of a bunch of delinquents with really really interesting hair) realize their dream of going to Koshien.
Commentary:
Me and sports are the last thing that could work out nicely. But seriously, they make baseball look attractive, and that is saying a lot to the girl who gets bored by the Olympics and even the World Cup. DD: This drama series is totally 熱血 (hot-blooded?) and very shounen. Besides explicit man-love, manly-friendship is something I always try to keep an eye out for and this is totally compacted with manly-friendships. I give it a rating of 4.5 out of 5 because it is full of men... and I learned that you need at least 9 players to form a team. ;DD (I feel like I am ready to join the Olympics!!)
At the beginning, I could not tell the team by name (though right now I still can't.) D: But! Thank god their hair styles are so interesting (it's hilarious.) I had to share.
Sidenotes: I am glad these people come in groups of two (haha, partners much??) otherwise, I would never be able to make out who is who. DD:
Ace player (left) with really strange eyebrows & super 'bad boy' (right) who is actually just a mushy sappy guy who loves his friends to the point where it gets a little creepy. (I mean who keeps purikara group photo with them everywhere...)
The only sort of good boy on the team who is randomly turned Captain (left.) & Mohawk who gets his face smashed through a window... =u=
The Ojisan pair. I mean what century are they from, really??
Bloody Monday's Otoya (left) comes back and he makes dreadlocks look appealing<-- wow. & the other one just goes 'nya~' a lot... -shivers-
Highschool students do not (and let me repeat) do not have mustaches like that!! & I can't get over Opened-Chestnut-head (right.)
Sidesidenotes: The first thing that I attracted me to watch this drama was this poster... and its numerous bare man chest. -beaten to a pulp by baseball bat- (I think the shame is finally getting to me...)

L です。
No jokes.
My first cosplay, and I'm playing L.
And I am not even a willing participant. XD Because it was either Raito-kun or L and really, I can't act to save my life, thank god for blank-faced L XD
Now comes down to why I would cosplay DD: And it is all for my Jap-turned drama class. As a project, we have to do an reenactment (though since my group and I are clear that we can't act, we have decided on a parody-version of it instead XD) of the ending of the second DN movie, The Last Name.
Today was our first filming day (we have a total of two anyways XD) and my legs kept getting pins and needles!! DDD: I loath how L sits because it is inhumane despite how much character it gives him XD
But I need to get my lines down! I can't believe how crazy fast they speak in the actual film DDD:

MW≠MU
Name: MW (ムウ) ← pronounced mu-u
Released: 2007
Original:
Based on a a series of three manga books by Tezuka Osamu. Extremely rated for explicit homosexual relationships, beastial sex, cross dressing, seductions, rape, murder, and evil schemes. Aka, a total taboo work of art.
Summary:
Highly successful banker, Yuuki Michio has another side to him, he is also a crazy axe murderer without the axe part. As a child, he survived a toxic-gas-virus attack along with Yutaro Garai (who is now a priest<-- pretty shady profession DD: ) Now Michio is back for revenge, trying to murder off everyone (survivors and government members) who tried to cover up the accident from the public.
Commentary:
What. The. Hell. -smacks table in anger- I feel like it was an April Fool's trick DD: Because the film deserves a sliver of a star out of infinity. Supposedly Father Garai and Michio have a totally taboo (homosexual) relationship and I think that is the #1, #2, #3, #4 reasons that made me remotely interested in the film (and really I only have four reasons anyways.) Michio's plot to destroy the world is unclear (and quite random really), Father Garai's role is unnecessary, and the film is just not exciting D: It gave me a huge disappointment, especially when Michio was not even remotely seductive DD:
And one thing that must be mentioned, the height difference between Garai and Michio is huge. When I first saw the trailer, I thought Michio (the one who was SUPPOSED to seduce everyone) was uke and the gruffy looking priest with the stubble must be seme. Because that is how the classics worked!! But when I was watching the film itself, I just can't stop gawking at the height differences, Michio is goddamn tall. Hence, from that moment on, Garai's back hit the ground and he was totally uke (especially with his pained expressions of 'bully me please!★~') for the entire film. -clutches heart-
This movie was a disappointment though, it made the little girl (should little girls even watch something like this??!! DD: ) inside me die a little. Because this is the most homo the two gets! Taboo much?? Please, even best friends have more contact than this. ↓
Even their official website(MW) was more explicit. (I was totally lied to.) ↓
