End of the Year

So tired, so inspired, so want to write fics and not work on projects!! DD:

The end of the year is coming up and teachers are piling up on the hw DD: I got two presentations, a historical video, and 4 tests coming up... (not counting exams QuQ)

But as always, the plot bunnies strike when they are least welcome D: So here I am, day dreaming about the next RK that I am just so damn inspired to write but can't because the hw are just piling in front of me QuQ (But I still make the time, it is coming together slowly XDD)

Harbour Front

Victoria Day down at Harbour Front. There was a little circus... thing going on. Clowns, juggling, face painting of that sort were happening all over the place. It was quite fun even though the weather was still a bit chilly. ;)

Mind you, she was on stilts ;D

Not on stilts but her imitation of a stone angel was done quite well, and she was quite pretty herself ;DD

And then we stumbled upon a FREE art show (free is the key word here XDD) Behold!~~

The Rice Show!
(Or: Of All the People in All the World)

Where one grain of rice represents one person. It is basically an art show where they count exactly how many people are in one of these groups and the groups can range from country population to something totally random. ;D The rice will be donated to food banks and other organizations in the end of the show. It was really quite cool.

McDonald's customers in the world each day in 2008. Overwhelming, yes. Frightening, very.

Called Kimi to Boku (Chi: 少年同盟) A manga promo from yours truly~
It is a story following 4 childhood friends and their experiences in high school. It is definitely not the shounen jump sort of manga and neither does it have a mushy shoujo plot line. This revolves around friendship (sometimes I find them a lot gayer than they should be with each other =///u///=) and growing up. It does include romance but has none of the dramas that would usually come along with it and I quite like that. It is sort of like a slice of life tale.

The characters are all very sweet, its hard to hate any of them. And just so we are clear, they are all guys. -snickers-

And from the covers and drawing style, it just reminds me a bit of Sasameke and Sasanaki ;D Very refreshed and teen-like. XD
