kuro goes religious ☆

Title: Saint ☆ Young Men (聖☆おにいさん/聖☆哥傳)

By: Nakamura Hikaru (same mangaka who did Arakawa Under the Bridge, which I am also a complete fan for.)

Release: 7 Volumes and still going strong!

Summary: Jesus and Buddha rent an apartment unit in Tokyo together. No jokes.

Commentary:
Yes. I went there.

Don’t believe me? It is the biggest thing ever right now. Because as hell-worthy as this manga seems to be, it is so good. It is very much aimed for humor, but for those who read Arakawa Under the Bridge, you got to know the humor is very peticular. I think it is safe to say this isn’t going to come off as funny for everyone.
But your personal brand of humor aside, I can’t stress this enough: Jesus and Buddha are roommates. (And so we cue the BL!) /gets thrown in a different kind of hell

Also, it won the 2009 Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize for Short Work Manga, so that means I am not that crazy if it’s got an award!

I've got my set, have you got yours? ;)
