breathe out, let go of the rest.
here's a mantra, recognize your limits, acknowledge what you did and what you could do, everything else is out of your hands. mindfulness is not as fairy-airy as it was previously sold to me, mindfulness is self-awareness and learning to be okay with yourself as you are and not as some unattainable version of your dream self.
be kind to others, but don't forget about yourself too.
